All Russian Sovereign Emperor in 1825 - 1855. The son of Emperor Paul I and Empress Maria Fyodorovna. Born on June 25th, 1796. He was enthroned on December 14th 1825
Wives: Princess Frederick Lisa Charlotte Wilhelmina, the daughter of King Frederick the Great III of Prussia — Empress Alexandra Fyodorovna (born July 1, 1798, died in 1860) since July 1st 1817. Nicholas I died on February 18th 1855, was buried in the Peter and Paul Cathedral in St. Petersburg.
