Anna Ivanovna Romanova
All-Russian Empress in 1730-1740. Daughter of Tsar Ivan V Alekseevich and Praskovya Fedorovna Saltykova. Was born on Jan 28th 1693. Married with Friedrich Willhelm, the Duke of Courland (d. Jan 9th, 1711). She was enthroned on Jan 19th. 1730, on Feb 25th declared herself as Empress; crowned April 28th. 1730. Died on October 17th 1740. She was buried in the Peter and Paul Cathedral in St. Petersburg.
